Could someone there, explain to me how to clean out my cookies, which Microsoft told me could be a problem trying to set up a password/ and job search account with Craigslist?

I had emailed and asked some one there to set up an account jwkelly17 username and janice123 password so I could then log on & change it but received standard email help response, instead of real help. Will go else where to search for a job if you can't help me, even though I see 3-4 admin. asst. positions that I would like to apply for. thanks for more help. Janice
