Two Vonage Phone Services Plans Offered

Vonage offers businesses two plans packed with features and benefits. Small Business Unlimited Plan includes all the features listed below. The Small Business Basic Plan has some restrictions and is limited to 1500 outgoing minutes a month with 3.9 cents for each additional minute.

Caller's identity is displayed in received email or in web account, works with Call Waiting and displays the new caller's identity when Call Waiting tones are enabled.

• Voicemail: Message retrieval by phone, web, or email. Check by phone with several access numbers across the US, UK, and Canada, or on any computer with Internet access by logging into your Web Account. Email notifications of received voice mails. Voice mail forwarding capability to associates via an email attachment. Customizable controls enables/disables features anytime; records/schedule greetings for specific day/night hours and days of the year.

Vonage phone service offers several use tools to make managing and tracking of your calls much easier.

• Call forwarding up to any six numbers in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.

• Customizable phone rings before forwarding enabled and voicemail pick up with multiple voicemail system. And now you can control how many numbers you would like to ring, all from your Web Account. Forwarded calls incur a charge.

• Call waiting can be enabled or disabled

• Online billing management: provides real-time account use information 24/7/365 through online web account

• Transfers - Allows immediate transfers to a cell phone, office phone or to any phone number in the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada.

• Click-2-Call - Allows selection and dialing of a phone number from anywhere on a computer. Comparable with Windows 98 and higher operating systems. Not available for Mac users.

• Caller ID Block, “*67“ - allows you identity blocking when making a call. Can be enabled or disabled on a per call basis..

• International Call Block.- allows blocking/unblocking international calls and unwanted Directory Assistance calls.

• Vonage Ring Lists - Allows Virtual and Toll Free Plus three kinds of Ring Properties. Sequential Dialing ring each number in the exact order specified with rollbacks to the next number if that number is busy. Random Dialing rings every number until a caller connects to you, and BlastMe rings all the numbers in a Ring List simultaneously, with the call connecting to the first phone that's picked up.
