Hi Sofia,

You can follow the standard format, and in the text highlight the positive qualities that she exhibited while working under you that would help qualify her to teach her daughter. For example, organized, attention to detail, taught workshops... You get the idea. Let me know if you have further questions.

Maybe you could help me out for format on a character reference by a director to an employee confirming the capability of the said employee to furnish the studies of her daughter in another country.

Hi Gaara,

Letters of recommendation vary in length. These are just samples of what to include, but when you write your letter five paragraphs is the usual minimum. Choose content wisely and be concise. A shorter letter is usually more effective than one that is lengthy.

Your letters are too short. Make it 1 page, if you will use for employment, and 2 if in school.
