Tyler, you may be better served by getting some help in person. Check with your local public library to see if there are any adult continuing education courses in your area; business writing courses online are also an option. Best of luck to you as you learn to write a memo.

Luz, can you be more specific? It would be unusual for an employer to ask you how to write a memo when you are on a job interview. If that's a question you're received, perhaps you could bring along samples of memos you've written to your interviews to show prospective employers you know how to write a memo.

Hi Sunday,

Yes, the meaning can be lost between to languages and cultures that are different. You can find online tools to help you translate such as Google Translate.

Our level of education is different. As a language it is difficult to understand because their is no way we can translate two languages to be the same.

Hi Megan,

Thanks so much for bringing that to my attention. I really appreciate it. I've made the correction.

I think you have a spelling mistake on your page, right up at the top about the benefits of writing a memo. You have written "illicit" when i think you mean "elicit"... Just thought I'd clear up the error :)

Hi Josie,

A memo is a great way to present your ideas and also do...ents that they are your ideas. Write it to the marketing director but copy any others that should see your ideas. Follow the memo writing guide in this article to help you put your ideas on paper. And be sure to conclude with what action is needed.
