That has got to be sooo frustrating! You might want to visit a Tech Support Forum to see if you can get better results. If not, I'd consider changing providers.

I have called and talked with four Vonage personnel to try and fix the problem with my service. I cannot receive any calls or make any calls unless I reset the the Vonage box. Now after I reset the Vonage box I only have time to dial one call before the service stop working.

Go to their website and click on Customer Service and then "Contact Us" and it will take you to two options. Email or phone. That way you can ask them directly.

I was just wondering when I will get the box so I can start using my telephone. They have taken the money out of my account but I haven't heard anything about when it will be here
